AIB Press Photographer of the Year Exhibition
Clare Arts Office, in conjunction with Scarriff Library Gallery, will host the AIB Press Photographer of the Year Exhibition, along with the Press Photographers Association of Ireland (PPAI) from October 7 to 16, inclusive.
David Branigan, President of the Press Photographers Association, is delighted to see the exhibition visiting Scarriff Library for the first time. Now in its 46th year, the PPAI AIB Press Photographer of the Year Award celebrates the best of Irish press photography.
The exhibition features over 100 winning and highly-commended photographs from all over the country, featuring all aspects of Irish life, at home and abroad, during 2023 and highlights the dedication and skill of Ireland’s top press photographers.
John Kelly is a winner in Portrait with an image of Sheamie Garrihy.
Eamon Ward features in Daily Life and People.
